Concept. Retro aims to be a wine exactly as the name suggests… an old-fashioned Dão! Although the varieties mentioned above predominate, there are others, in small quantities. In the past, Dão wines were blended in the vineyard, made in a press with foot treading, still with the stems and fermented very slowly with indigenous yeasts. The intervention of the winemaker (which did not exist at the time!) was minimal. We thus obtain a wine with a lot of typicality. It is without a doubt a Dão!
